Last Updated: January 12, 2026

Welcome to contexthq.ai, a service provided by Bigfoot Labs, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that: 1.1. The Services are not for use by anyone under the age of 16. “Minimum Age” means 16 years old. However, if applicable law requires a higher age for us to lawfully provide the Services to you without parental consent (including the processing of your personal data), then the Minimum Age shall be that higher age. 1.2. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using the Services. 1.3. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. 1.4. You will maintain only one ContextAI account, which must be registered in your real name. 1.5 You are not currently restricted from using the Services. Creating an account with false or misleading information—including accounts created on behalf of others or by individuals under the age of 16—violates these Terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

2.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and the security of your account. 2.2. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not. 2.3. You agree to notify us immediately at team@contexthq.ai of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

3. User Conduct

Provide accurate, current, and complete contact and identity information and keep such information up to date. 3.3. Use your real name on your profile. 3.4. Use the Services in a professional and lawful manner.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, or abusive behavior. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you will not: 3.5 Create a false identity on ContextAI, misrepresent your identity, create a profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or access or attempt to access another user’s account (including by sharing login credentials or copying authentication data such as cookies). 3.6. Develop, support, or use software, devices, scripts, robots, or other automated means or processes (including crawlers, browser plugins, add-ons, or similar technologies) to scrape, copy, or extract data from the Services, including profiles or other content. 3.7. Override, disable, or otherwise circumvent any security features, access controls, or usage limits of the Services. 3.8. Copy, use, display, distribute, or otherwise exploit any information or content obtained from the Services, whether directly or through third parties (including search tools, data aggregators, or brokers), without the consent of the applicable content owner (including ContextAI for content it owns). 3.9. Disclose or share information that you do not have the legal right or consent to disclose, including confidential or proprietary information of others (such as your company). 3.10. Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights. For example, you may not copy or distribute another user’s content (except through available sharing functionality) without permission. 3.11. Post, upload, or otherwise share any content that contains malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful or destructive code. 3.12. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the Services or any related technology, except to the extent permitted by applicable law or where such technology is expressly designated as open source. 3.13.
